5. Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following conditions must be met in order to withdraw winnings:

• Your account's KYC verification must be completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days. However, for members who have completed KYC verification, withdrawals are usually completed within 24 hours. Funds will be placed on hold from your account balance while the withdrawal is being processed.
